Lee FitzGerald

Lee is a Founder of Post Street Advisors and a Co-Founder and Partner of Patamar Capital, bringing over 30 years of executive leadership and cross-sector operational experience. Formerly the President and CEO of Venture Out Holdings, he excels in building scalable organizations, cultivating top talent, and driving strategic alignment across global back-office and fund operations.

Prior to founding Post Street Advisors and Patamar Capital, Lee began his career as a practicing attorney guiding institutional investors through private placement transactions. At Venture Out Holdings, he managed private equity investments across hospitality, real estate development, reprographics, and recreational vehicles, establishing environments where teams and portfolio companies could scale effectively.

Lee holds a JD and an MBA from Santa Clara University. He actively serves on the boards of the RockRose Institute, supporting non-violent conflict resolution, and Minds Matter of San Francisco, an educational non-profit serving low-income youth.
