He drives lead generation, digital strategy, and technology innovation, while ensuring smooth office administration and a strong, engaged workplace culture across PSA and Patamar.

Prior to joining Post Street Advisors, Bashya built his career across operations, analytics, and communications roles spanning Sri Lanka and the UK, developing a cross-functional foundation that blends analytical rigor with strategic communication.

Bashya holds an MBA in Business Analytics from the University of East London and a BSc in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of London.
