Joellen Nicholson

Joellen is a Senior Advisor at Post Street Advisors, bringing over 15 years of global executive leadership across finance, impact investing, and social innovation. She leverages deep cross-border expertise across the U.S., Asia, and Africa to advise funds, non-profits, and growing enterprises on designing, launching, and scaling inclusive finance platforms.

Prior to her role with Post Street Advisors, Joellen served as Vice President at UI Charitable Advisors, where she managed $270 million in AUM and directed over $8 million in strategic impact investments. Throughout her career spanning corporate, non-profit, and startup ecosystems, she has successfully built high-level global partnerships with governments, universities, and multilateral institutions to drive sustainable market solutions.

Joellen serves as a key strategic partner to Post Street Advisors' leadership team, aligning capital allocation, institutional governance, and impact measurement for clients globally.
